- How does the 14-days free trial work?
- You get full access to all StackPlanner features for 14 days. No credit card is required to start.
- Do I need to add payment details for the trial?
- No, you can sign up and explore without entering billing information. You'll only be asked if you choose to continue after the trial.
- Can I extend my trial period?
- Yes, in select cases our support team may extend your trial if you need more time to evaluate. Please contact the support team for the extension.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- Your account will be paused. To continue, simply choose a subscription plan and reactivate. Your property related data will be stored for the 15 days post your trial validity period, you will be able to login and download your property data, post that the data will be deleted.

- Can I change from monthly to annual payment option later?
- Yes, you can upgrade from monthly to annual plan at any time. However, downgrading from an annual plan to a monthly plan is possible only after completion of the 12 months of subscription.
- Can I change from one plan to another?
- Yes, you can upgrade from Pro to Premium plan at any time. If you want to upgrade before the completion of a billing cycle, the price difference will be calculated accordingly and you can pay the balance for that month and the Premium Plan’s rate will be applicable thereafter. However, downgrading from Premium to Pro plan is possible only after completion of the 12 months of subscription.
- How is pricing structured?
- Pricing is based on the number of properties and users.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards. For enterprise customers, we also support other payment methods.
- Is there a refund policy?
- Unfortunately, there is no refund for the annual subscription. In case of a technical glitch and or other unforeseen circumstances of the product not being available for use, we will arrange a refund on a pro-rata basis. For monthly plans, you may choose not to subscribe from the following months.
- Will my data be safe after my subscription period ends?
- Absolutely. You can export your data before cancellation. We keep your data archived for 30 days in case you return.
- What happens to my data once the free trial is over?
- Once the trial period is over, your data will be removed from the storage post 15 days after your trial validity ends. However, you can retain the data by choosing to subscribe to one of the available paid plans before or on the day of your trial expiry.
